District Champs-Appreciation

The DeLaSalle Pilots won the District title against Grosse pointe North 5-0 on Friday October 22nd at Grosse Pointe North, but fell on Wednesday to Sterling Heights Stevenson. I would like to take this opportunity to thank all of you for your support of us this season and please continue to come out and support us next year as we make another run for the State Championship again.

District Finals

Tomorrow the De La Salle Varsity soccer team plays Grosse Pointe North at North at 7pm. Come out and support the Pilots in the District Finals tomorrow.

De La Salle knocks off #2 U of D

The De La Salle Varsity Soccer Team beat number two ranked U of D in a penalty kick shootout yesterday at Grosse Pointe North. The Pilots will be playing Gross Pointe North at North on Friday.

Biggest Game of the Year

Tomorrow your De La Salle Varsity soccer team faces off against the U of D cubs at Grosse Pointe North at 5pm in the District Semis. Come out and support us on our way to a state championship.

Team Activities Weekend

This weekend the DLS Soccer Team has all of its team activities. Tonight is team bowling. Tomorrow is Special Olympics, and then practice. And Sunday we have paintball versus the Paintball Club and a team dinner right after it.  Get ready for a fun-filled weekend. 

State Playoffs

Monday October 18th is the Varsity Soccer Team's first state playoff game.  Our first game is against Warren Mott at Mott. Come out and support us on our way to winning states.

Spirit Week Next Week

Come out and show your school colors during Spirit Week as the De La Salle Soccer team faces off against U. of D. on Tuesday at the Ultimate in Pontiac. Now's the time to show your true spirit.

Brother Rice

Come out and support the Soccer team on Saturday at 1pm as we face off against Brother Rice in Pontiac.

Purple and Gold Day

Everyone remember that tomorrow is Purple and Gold. Wear your colors proud.

Big Soccer Game

Tomorrow is the De La Salle soccer team's first Catholic League game.  We're playing U of D Jesuit at U of D. Come out and support us on our way to becoming state champs. The game tomorrow's at 7:30pm. See you there.

College Apps Process

Hey it's Nick.  So far the new year hasn't been that bad.  The only problem is it's been busy. I've been having to fill out a lot of college applications. So far I've applied to the University of Michigan, Michigan State, Wayne State, and Northwestern University. I still have to finish the applications for the University of Chicago and for Cornell though. Even though it takes a long time, the college apps process isn't really all that bad. The common application helps a lot because you can send it to a lot of different schools. The hardest part of the application process was writing the essays and filling out the supplements for each school. My best advice would be to start as early on them as possible before the tachers assign a lot of homework. Anyways I have to get back to those apps. Talk to you guys later.

First Blog-Start of Senior Year

Hey this is Nick. Just got back from a soccer game. We mercied Orchard Lake St. Mary's 8-0 in 55 minutes. Senior year so far is going by really slow. We just got back in school and I feel like I've been here forever. My little bro is here now so it's fun to mess with him, but other than that school's pretty boring. I hope it starts to go by quicker.
